The development of NIG
„There is another way.“ said Volker Tolle and Reiner Müller 2005, when their former employer, an assembly company from Southern Germany, faltered. They founded the Neuruppiner Industrieverlagerungs-GmbH (NIG) in their home region Brandenburg together, with headquarter office based in Neuruppin. They are equal directors of the company since. Meanwhile NIG has opened an operation site in Southern Germany in Röthenbach near Nuremberg a.d. Pegnitz and handles more and more complex tasks all over the world.
Specialists of NIG provide relocations, installations of new plants as well as services in all important markets worldwide by order of global companies, German and international medium-sized companies. The good reputation of the company and the know-how of the specialists grew over the years, which made the employees popular partners for complex product optimization in several industry sectors. The basis for the customers’ trust is an experienced, highly qualified and autonomously operating team of staff, whose high-quality work responds to the high requirements of the industry certificates ISO 9001 and SCC.
Training of own junior employees at the location site in Neuruppin is to be pushed by investments in the years to come. Investments are made to improve the installation preparations effectively and to further improve the employees’ work and life conditions.
